So I went to the store today to pick up some groceries and I saw this recipe for a roasted broccoli tuna salad! I'm not normally one to use/cook broccoli (it makes me think of cheddar broccoli soup which I can't have anymore because of my lactose intolerancy) but this recipe looked so good!!
I used the same recipe except for excluding the olives and cheese and cutting up the other half of the avocadoes and cubing it up into the salad! This was so tasty! Completely paleo friendly and delicious! I already want to buy more broccoli just to roast it and possibly use it in this recipe or eat it all by itself. Yum.
Without the cheese or olives, MFP quoted this as being about 450 calories a serving so it's super filling!
